Well, maybe I absorbed all of the bad vibes on Friday and you were my lucky doppleganger. The morning began with a cabbie tailing me for a block and an on-ramp, then almost sideswiping me as he merged around me into my lane, from my lane (don't worry, I called Old City Cab and complained about cab P-1519). Despite the near-death experience, I still made it to work early. At school, my kid decided to have a cold and sneezed all over his desk twice before lunchtime. My catering boss decided that I am working both days this weekend. I accidentally volunteered to bring food to a party for someone I hardly know next week. On my way home, I got a ticket, which delayed me enough so that when I finally parked my car, it started to downpour. Then I found paperwork on my bookshelf that is now 3 days late. I fell asleep at 10.
